Just Add Ink

I've had a quiet few days to begin the new year. We have had a fair bit of hot weather, which has meant that I have been hiding away inside. I don't tolerate the heat very well. The temperature is going to be VERY HOT by Wednesday (41C / 105F) last I checked.

I am going out with my friend K tomorrow to visit the beachside suburb of Glenelg. We should have a good time - it's not going to be too hot and there is lots to do, including The Beachhouse, which I haven't yet visited. We'll probably also have lunch there.

Today I went out early with my mum and took some photos of some horses that are agisted on one of the properties in the hills. They were waaay back at first but they eventually decided that we were worth checking out, depsite having Jess and Jemma barking at them from the back of the car!

I have been working feverishly on Sinister Reasons, trying to get some of it completed for K tomorrow. I have finished rewriting Chapters 1 & 2... so far, so good!
